This is a beautiful Hummel figurine entitled "Out
of Danger" (mold # 56/B) by Goebel of Germany. It measures 6 ¾" tall
and features a young girl in a tree escaping a dog. It was first modeled by master
sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1952.
This figurine is marked with the second trademark (full bee), dating the
piece to between 1950-1955. It is in mint condition with no chips, cracks,
crazing or restorations.
