This is a beautiful Hummel figurine entitled "Eventide"
(mold #99) by Goebel of Germany. It measures 4 ¾" tall and features a young girl
and boy sitting on a fence with to lambs at their feet. It was first modeled in 1938
by a combination of modelers.
This figurine has the third trademark (stylized bee), dating the piece
to between 1960-1972. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or
restorations. For accuracy, there is minor crazing under the glaze on the upper
and bottom portion of the base.
