This is a beautiful Hummel figurine entitled "Boots"
(mold #143/0) by Goebel of Germany. It measures 5" tall and features a young boy cobbler
with a pair of boots in one hand and a pair of shoes in the other. It was first modeled
by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1940.
This figurine has an older third period trademark (stylized bee), dating
the piece to between 1960-1963. It is in mint condition with no chips, cracks,
crazing or restorations.
