This is a beautiful Hummel wall plaque entitled "Merry
Christmas" (mold #323) by Goebel of Germany. It measures 5 ½" tall and
features an angel riding a cloud while holding a celestial candle. It was first modeled
by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1955.
This figurine has the sixth trademark, dating the piece to between 1979-1991.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations.
