This is a beautiful Hummel figurine entitled "Soldier
Boy" (mold #332) by Goebel of Germany. It features a young soldier boy holding
a rifle. It was modeled by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1955.
This figurine is mold #332 and it measures 6" tall. It has the fourth
trademark, dating the piece to between 1964-1972. It is in mint condition with
no chips, cracks, or restorations. This figurine has the blue decoration on
the hat, not the rarer red decoration. This distinction is only possible with
fourth trademark pieces.
