This is a lovely, antique, 3-footed honey pot by the Belleek company
of Fermanagh, Ireland. This company began producing parian china in 1863 and continue
to do so today. Belleek is world-renowned for their elegant and finely crafted porcelain
baskets, as well as their translucent dinnerware.
This honey pot is in the "Shamrock" pattern, and features
a basketweave relief decoration with hand-painted shamrocks. In addition, there
are hand-painted bees as part of the honey pot theme. It measures 6" tall and
This honey pot is marked with the second black mark, dating it to between
1891-1926. It is in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restorations.
